About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role involves driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The position requires someone who is natural at starting conversations, getting people excited, and providing constructive feedback to sales staff. The Sales Lead will also be responsible for meeting customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, keeping personal and productivity goals in mind, and creating an inclusive and fun work environment. Daily activities include motivating sales staff, fostering healthy competition, and engaging in sales activities.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
It would be great but not completely necessary to have Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
2 years: Cashier
