About The Position

Pandora is seeking a full-time Sales Lead for their location at The Shops at Caguas / Las Catalinas Mall. As a Sales Lead, you will be a passionate advocate for the Pandora brand, immersing yourself in its culture and products to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role provides crucial support to both store managers and sales associates, contributing significantly to the store's overall success. Please note that this position requires completing an assessment that will be emailed upon application submission.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated results-oriented sales ability with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Developed a sense of care in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the capacity to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to show and deliver positive results.
  • Proficiency in time management, effortlessly setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks professionally.
  • Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
  • At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
