About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading the team. The ideal candidate will be a natural at starting conversations, getting people excited, and setting a positive example for customer relations and store atmosphere.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
It would be great but not completely necessary to have Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
2 years: Cashier
