About The Position
Pandora is seeking a passionate Sales Lead to join their team at The Shoppes at Webb Gin. As a Sales Lead, you will be a dedicated fan of the Pandora brand, immersing yourself in its culture and products to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is crucial in supporting store managers and sales associates to achieve store success. The position requires a candidate who can drive sales, foster a positive store environment, and build customer loyalty. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
- Demonstrated results-oriented sales ability.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all organizational levels.
- Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in time management, prioritization, and delegation.
- Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
