About The Position

As a Sales Lead at the Desert Botanical Garden, you’ll be an integral part of the store’s day-to-day operations, working alongside the management team to create memorable moments for guests. The role is suited to someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service in a fun, dynamic environment. You will lead by example, engage guests, and support store operations, including cash handling and inventory management. This is a part-time seasonal position.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role.
• A friendly, outgoing personality and comfort interacting with guests of all ages.
• Comfort with a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Able to meet the physical demands of frequent standing and walking, and occasional reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching.

• Merchandising ability and a flair for organizing and presenting products.
