Requirements

• Strong, confident phone presence
• Ability to guide conversations without over-explaining or price-dropping
• Fast, effective communicator across text and digital platforms
• Competitive mindset with a relentless focus on results
• Organized, disciplined, and accountable with follow-up
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Nice To Haves

• Automotive BDC, sales, or call center experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound leads via phone, internet, and text
• Drive appointments by controlling conversations and creating urgency
• Execute rapid response and follow-up processes
• Turn opportunities into real showroom traffic
• Maintain high daily activity levels across all communication channels
