This is a full-cycle commercial role where you will identify the right partners (manufacturers, leasing companies, fleet operators, large retailers), build relationships from scratch, close deals, and own the accounts long-term. You will see it through from the first conversation to a live, performing partnership that drives commercial results.

  • Fluency in English.
  • Deep knowledge of the cycling and e-mobility ecosystem (bike brands, retailers, leasing providers, or micromobility fleets), understanding their business models, margins, and pain points.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle B2B sales, B2B2C partnerships, or account management, preferably within a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
  • Proficiency with CRMs and standard business suites (Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent) for workflow management, presentations, and data tracking.
