Part-Time Sales Lead Generator
About The Position
ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead Generator to work inside major home improvement retail locations. In this role, you will engage with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, and energy savings. Your primary goal will be to generate leads for free in-home consultations or sell home performance tune-ups, after which an industry expert will take over. This is a high-energy sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting, with flexible hours and weekend availability required. Part-time and full-time positions are available.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts
- Weekend and some holiday availability
- Reliable transportation
- Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
- Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law

Responsibilities
- Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions
- Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations
- Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists
- Represent ARS with a professional and positive in-store presence
- Support in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members
