Requirements

  • Recent college graduate (or graduating within the next year)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
  • Competitive mindset and desire to build a long-term sales career
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service, leadership, athletics, internships, or sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Learn the fundamentals of new home sales from top-performing Sales Consultants
  • Shadow customer appointments, model home tours, and contract presentations
  • Assist with lead generation, follow-up, CRM management, and customer communications
  • Gain firsthand experience in the homebuilding and real estate industry
  • Welcome prospective homebuyers to Dream Finders Homes communities
  • Learn how to present model homes, floor plans, and community amenities
  • Build lasting relationships with customers throughout their homebuying journey
  • Support the sales process from first visit through closing
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Dream Finders Homes brand
  • Develop the skills needed to become a successful Sales Consultant
