About The Position

Mason is on a mission to accelerate the development of the built world by tackling pressing challenges like housing shortages, energy constraints, and decaying infrastructure. We create AI employees that speed up the development of large projects for major REITs, institutional developers, and asset managers in North America. The company is growing rapidly, having quadrupled its annualized revenue in March. The founding team includes a repeat founder with a Fortune 500 exit, a former tech lead at Meta SuperIntelligence, and a development director with experience building over $2B in projects. Mason combines expert services with AI agents to help teams move faster, eliminate errors, and scale with precision.

Requirements

  • Relentless and resourceful; you find a way to the right person
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Genuine curiosity about physical development and how AI is changing the industry
  • Coachable and fast-learning; you act on feedback immediately
  • Comfortable with rejection and high-volume outreach

  • Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, not a requirement

Responsibilities

  • Research target accounts and find the right people to talk to
  • Build and maintain prospect lists
  • Draft and send personalized outreach
  • Book qualified meetings for the founding team and sit in to learn the craft
  • Track what messaging lands and feed insights back to the team
  • Support the founders on demos, follow-ups, and deal logistics
  • Help build the playbooks and tooling that let a tiny team sell like a big one
