Nice To Haves

  • Post secondary education in business or marketing considered an asset.
  • Previous customer service or sales-related experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining relationships with current builder, designer, and trade accounts.
  • Help prepare estimates and project documentation, including uploading floorplans, completing takeoffs, and completing project notes.
  • Assist with on site measure and providing estimates to retail customers in a timely manner.
  • Input data into Divine Tracker – such as materials, quantities, floor plans, work orders and information for installers
  • Work with various departments to obtain information necessary to fulfill job function such as product information, job statuses and material ETA’s.
  • Collect necessary deposits and final payments from clients as per Company policy
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with internal departments and installers to help ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the sales team, helping manage tasks and client records.
  • Attend company or client events to network and build industry exposure.
