About The Position

Pratt Industries’ Internship Program is a comprehensive program designed to expose students to the industrial/distribution/manufacturing/sales market, with a focus on packaging. The program aims to provide insights into a potentially successful career in packaging by sharing access to their training program for current field sales personnel. Interns will gain exposure to manufacturing, quality, customer service, shipping, safety, and customer interactions. The core of the internship involves understanding Pratt's business as a Converting Plant and supporting the sales organization through market research and value proposition development. Initially, interns will spend 3-4 weeks learning the core business, followed by 70-80% of their time on customer service (understanding specs, system entry) and 20-30% traveling with the Sales Team on commercial activities. Pratt Industries aims to support interns through their degree and potentially offer full-time employment if career goals align.
