About The Position

Comparion Insurance Agency, a Liberty Mutual company, is hiring a Sales Intern for its in-person Summer 2027 internship. The internship lasts 11 weeks, from June 1, 2027, through August 13, 2027. Interns work in a fast-paced, supportive environment to develop selling skills and contribute to sales and marketing efforts. The program includes onboarding and educational and social programs with a network of more than 400 Liberty Mutual interns. At the end of the internship, participants may have the opportunity to explore a future sales career at Comparion Insurance Agency.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree and graduating between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Prior experience in a sales or client service environment.
• Organized, with time-management skills and the ability to achieve results.
• Ability to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States.
• Must be local to the selected office.

Nice To Haves

• Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related major is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through cold calling.
• Observe and assist with sales events.
• Develop sourcing strategies.
• Use CRM tools and systems to support marketing campaigns.
• Potentially implement a social media strategy for sales representatives.
