About The Position

This is a summer internship opportunity for 2027. As a Sales Intern with RRD, you will take part in a hands-on internship covering all aspects of the sales process. You will be integrated into a sales region and a cohort of sales interns from across the United States. The internship includes contributing to real sales by contacting clients and prospects, working on projects addressing business issues, and learning from professionals while building a professional network. Interns will also share insights to help RRD continue to thrive. This internship is one of RRD's primary paths to full-time opportunities in its Associate Development Program after graduation.

Requirements

• Be a rising college junior or senior.
• Have strong communication ability.
• Be able to work both in a team and independently.
• Have critical and analytical thinking ability.
• Be motivated to learn and develop.
• Have a desire to help and support team members and people outside the team.
• Be able to learn new technology quickly.

Nice To Haves

• A major in Business Management, Marketing, or Sales is preferred; all majors will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Complete five days of sales training.
• Complete three days of training on RRD products and solutions.
• Develop and present an individual project addressing a regional sales issue.
• Develop and present a group project addressing an RRD business initiative.
• Shadow experienced sales representatives.
• Visit RRD manufacturing facilities.
• Participate in a summer-long sales competition.
• Contact clients and prospects and contribute to real sales.
