About The Position

East Penn Manufacturing offers a paid Sales Internship for rising college seniors seeking hands-on experience in a sales environment. Interns work alongside experienced sales professionals and gain exposure to the full sales cycle and customer relationship management, sales strategy development and execution, market research and analysis, communication and negotiation techniques, and East Penn’s product line and customer base in the energy storage and automotive aftermarket industries. Interns contribute to real projects and receive mentorship and professional support. The internship runs from May through August 2027, with a Monday-through-Friday full-time schedule. It is based on-site at East Penn’s Corporate Headquarters in Lyon Station, Pennsylvania, with opportunities to travel within and outside the state as available. The program also offers exposure to East Penn’s culture, technologies, and customer relationships, along with professional development and networking opportunities. It is intended to provide a foundation for future roles such as Sales Representative, Account Manager, or other business functions.

Requirements

Be a full-time student with junior standing.
