The Sales Instructor designs, develops, and delivers scalable learning experiences that build the capability of Vertiv sellers, distributors, and partners to confidently position and apply Vertiv solutions. This role contributes to end-to-end sales and technical curriculum, including creation, curation, and delivery of multimodal learning assets and role-based certification paths aligned to enablement priorities. Responsibilities include instructional design, development of digital learning (e.g., Articulate Rise), and facilitation of high-impact virtual and in-person instructor-led training, requiring expertise in modern adult learning and sales enablement practices. The role partners with Technical Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure enablement aligns to portfolio priorities, selling motions, and measurable business outcomes.
