About The Position
The Instructor role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and four years of relevant experience. Full-time instructors are required to complete the New Faculty Development Program (NFDP) within their one-year probationary period. This program is designed to ensure a thorough understanding of the College's mission and to prepare instructors to effectively teach community college students from diverse academic backgrounds.
