About The Position

Massey Services is hiring an Outside Sales Inspector in Denton to support continued growth and expansion in its sales market. The role involves inspecting customers’ homes to determine needed services, preparing and presenting proposals to existing and prospective customers, and developing sales leads through networking, cold calling, and telephone prospecting. No industry experience is required; the company provides a paid training program. Compensation is $55,000–$65,000.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Candidates considered for hire must complete background checks.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term, trusting relationships with customers.
• Grow the business through sales while controlling expenses and supporting profitability.
