About The Position

Alta Pest Control is seeking a Sales Inspector who will meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to inspect homes for rodent activity and damage, termite infestations, moisture-related issues, and structural vulnerabilities. The role involves educating homeowners on findings, recommending solutions, and helping customers protect their homes. This is a consultative, face-to-face sales role focused on building trust and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The position offers high earning potential with uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses, pre-set appointments (no cold calling), and company-provided tools including a vehicle, gas card, equipment, and tools. The company also provides paid training and coaching, and fosters a strong team culture.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and exterior property areas.
Comfortable kneeling, climbing, and lifting when necessary.
