About The Position

This is a high-performance Sales role. While you are the first face our guests see, your primary mission is to drive the business through authentic communication and consistent sales results. We are looking for outgoing, confident, and sales-minded people who love the "hustle" and want to get paid for their performance. This role is the gateway to our leadership track: Sales Associate (YOU) > Sales Lead > Assistant Center Manager > Center Manager > & Beyond! Many of our most successful Wax Specialists started exactly where you are—at the front desk! If you have the passion for skincare but aren't licensed yet, starting as a GSA is the perfect way to learn the business from the ground up while you work toward your Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license. We’ll be here to cheer you on and transition you into the Hub-let program once you're ready!

Requirements

You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and you are results-driven.
You enjoy a competitive environment and aren't afraid to "ask for the sale."
You have a unique personal brand and excellent interpersonal skills.
The idea of joining a team and growing with them gets you HYPE.
Strong background in sales and customer service.
Looking for a career rather than just a job.

Responsibilities

Own the Sales Cycle: You’ll educate guests on our proprietary products and sell Wax Passes to ensure they stay on their beauty routine.
Create the Experience: You are the "Director of First Impressions," ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and hyped for their service.
Master the Hustle: You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where hitting targets is the goal and celebrating wins is the culture.
