This role is a high-performance Sales position, serving as the initial point of contact for guests. The primary objective is to drive business through authentic communication and consistent sales results. The company seeks outgoing, confident, and sales-minded individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and are motivated by performance-based compensation. This position is considered a gateway to a leadership track within UPMA Group, with potential advancement to Sales Lead, Assistant Center Manager, Center Manager, and beyond.

Additionally, for individuals passionate about skincare but not yet licensed, starting as a Guest Sales Associate (GSA) offers an opportunity to learn the business while working towards a Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license, with support for transitioning into a Wax Specialist role.

Responsibilities

• Educate guests on proprietary products and sell Wax Passes to ensure they maintain their beauty routine.
• Act as the "Director of First Impressions," ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and excited for their service.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on hitting sales targets and celebrating achievements.
