About The Position

The Sales & Guest Experience Associate is a high-performance sales role at a European Wax Center franchise operated by UPMA Group. The associate is the first face guests see and is responsible for driving business through authentic communication, consistent sales results, and a welcoming guest experience. This is an entry point to UPMA Group’s leadership track, which includes Sales Lead, Assistant Center Manager, and Center Manager. Associates interested in skincare may also learn the business while working toward a Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license, with the opportunity to transition into the Hub-let program when ready.

The schedule is flexible and includes a variety of morning and evening shifts throughout the week. Associates must work at least one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week. Compensation starts at a guaranteed base of $12 per hour, plus uncapped commission and bonuses. Pay increase opportunities are available twice a year based on performance. Responsibilities

• Educate guests about proprietary products and sell Wax Passes to support their ongoing beauty routines.
• Welcome guests and ensure they feel valued and excited for their service.
• Drive sales results and work toward performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Work a variety of morning and evening shifts and at least one full weekend day each week.
