About The Position

European Wax Center franchise partner UPMA Group is hiring a Sales & Guest Experience Associate. This is a high-performance sales role that combines guest service with sales of the center’s proprietary products and Wax Passes. The associate serves as the first point of contact for guests and helps create a welcoming, valued experience while supporting sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role is described as an entry point to UPMA Group’s leadership track, with potential progression to Sales Lead, Assistant Center Manager, and Center Manager. Associates interested in skincare may also use the position as a starting point while working toward a Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license, with the possibility of transitioning into the Hub-let program when ready.

Scheduling requires flexibility across mornings and evenings, including at least one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week. The company offers a guaranteed starting base of $12 per hour plus uncapped commission and bonuses, as well as paid training and access to benefits and employee perks.

Requirements

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a results-driven approach.
• Enjoys a competitive environment and is comfortable asking for the sale.
• Strong sales and customer service background.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a distinctive personal brand.
• High degree of scheduling flexibility, including availability for mornings, evenings, and at least one full weekend day each week.

Nice To Haves

• Interest in skincare and willingness to work toward a Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license.
