About The Position

Planning proposals for large data center engineering and construction projects requires anticipation in order to submit outstanding bids to our clients. The role of Sales Funnel Manager is to interpret the “Customers Relations Management” (CRM) database into effective planning and sales projections, that may translate into strategic decisions. While providing a regular sanity check of the data in the CRM database, the Sales Funnel Manager provides effective data analysis, key indicators, interpretations, and compilation of the business development efforts and progress report related to Data Center (DTC) division activities in the US region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sciences & Engineering
  • 10 years’ professional experience
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge and/or working experience in a manufacturing or project-based engineering and construction environment would be an advantage
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel management and lead generation techniques.
  • Experience in industries focused on complex technical solutions with long sales cycles and working in a large corporate/business environment, will be a differentiator
  • Proficient usage of Excel and working knowledge of other MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint)
  • CRM database applications experience, Salesforce would be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improves the quality of data in the CRM database (Salesforce), by interacting with the Business Development Team across the region to ensure their inputs in the CRM database are realistic and meet the set targets, perform regular validation on the data and their completeness recorded in the CRM database, educating and assisting, if needed, the CRM database users to input the right data.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales funnel performance, including key metrics and insights for senior management.
  • Develop clients and segments focused analytics reports with engaging dashboards that drive the backlog, the proposals planning, and tracks targets and budgets.
  • Support the development of the global vision of the Business Development strategy, by collaborating with the Marketing Team to complete the effort of the market analysis. Strengthen the Opportunities Management and the approvals process.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Other duties as assigned
