About The Position

StocksToTrade is a leading trading platform and education company serving active traders and investors. Millionaire Publishing is our financial education and newsletter publishing arm, producing premium research, alert services, and direct-response campaigns. Together, we reach hundreds of thousands of subscribers — and we need a skilled funnel builder who can design, wire up, and optimize the systems that drive our revenue. THE ROLE This is, first and foremost, a hands-on funnel building role. You will spend the majority of your time inside funnel platforms and marketing automation tools — constructing the subscriber journeys that take a cold prospect to a paying customer and then to a loyal, ascending subscriber. A critical part of that work is conditional marketing: building branching logic that adapts a subscriber's experience based on their behavior, purchase history, and engagement. You know how to build these systems because you've done it before — many times.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct, hands-on funnel building — you have personally built and launched funnels, not managed teams that did
  • Proven skill in conditional marketing: behavioral tagging, if/then branching, purchase-triggered routing, and audience segmentation inside an ESP or CRM
  • Demonstrated results: specific examples of CVR, AOV, or LTV improvement through funnel builds and conditional sequencing you personally executed
  • Platform proficiency in at least one major funnel builder (ClickFunnels, Kajabi, or equivalent) and one ESP/CRM (ActiveCampaign, Infusionsoft / Keap, or equivalent)
  • Ability to read, interpret, and act on funnel analytics — EPC, CVR, drop-off rates, ROAS — without hand-holding
  • Working knowledge of direct-response copywriting structure — you can write copy that converts, review funnel copy critically, and give informed feedback that sharpens the work
  • Experience managing multi-funnel workloads simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Natural curiosity: a genuine interest in understanding why subscribers behave the way they do, and using that understanding to improve the work
  • Highly capable with AI tools and agentic AI — able to integrate AI-assisted workflows into funnel building, copy iteration, segmentation logic, and campaign optimization

Nice To Haves

  • Background building funnels in financial publishing, trading education, information marketing, coaching, or paid newsletter and subscription businesses
  • Experience with high-ticket ascension funnels and continuity/subscription revenue models, and coaching or course offer structures
  • Skill building multi-path funnels with advanced conditional logic — not just linear autoresponder sequences
  • Familiarity with paid traffic platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, native) and how funnel economics translate across information marketing, coaching, and publishing verticals
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS sufficient to make funnel page edits without developer support
  • Experience with behavioral analytics tools — Hotjar, GA4, or session recording platforms
  • Hands-on experience using agentic AI systems to automate and accelerate funnel workflows — including content generation, A/B test hypothesis building, audience segmentation, and performance analysis

Responsibilities

  • Build, own, and continuously improve full funnels across both brands — this is a hands-on execution role
  • Construct acquisition, conversion, and ascension flows from the ground up using funnel builder and ESP/CRM platforms
  • Implement conditional marketing logic across all funnel stages — behavioral tagging, branching sequences, and purchase-based path routing
  • Build and wire multi-touch email sequences with conditional branching based on opens, clicks, purchases, and engagement scoring
  • Segment audiences so that each subscriber receives messaging matched to their behavior and purchase history
  • Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on pages, subject lines, CTAs, order bumps, and pricing — document results and apply learnings
  • Maintain funnel KPI dashboards and deliver regular performance reports to leadership
  • Partner with media buyers to align traffic strategy with funnel entry points and back-end economics
  • Audit existing funnels for drop-off, logic gaps, and missed conditional opportunities
  • Bring natural curiosity to the work — digging into anomalies, studying what works, and always asking what to test next
