About The Position

Workout Anytime is looking for a high-energy "Owner of the Shift" for their Valley, AL location. This role is for someone who takes pride in closing sales and maintaining an elite-level facility, acting as the face of the "Strength and Support" brand. The position involves a "Yes, and..." attitude, meaning you are proactive in both sales and facility upkeep. You will be responsible for outbound calls to book appointments, managing your sales pipeline, selling the value of premium amenities, ensuring a "White-Glove Environment" by proactively checking the gym floor hourly, stocking supplies, ensuring equipment is spotless, and following a strict daily cleaning and maintenance schedule. You will also act as the "First Responder" by communicating any maintenance, cleaning, or member issues to management immediately. Additionally, you will accurately handle customer transactions and manage the opening/closing of the register with zero errors. The ideal candidate is restless, prefers cleaning or calling leads over sitting behind a desk, and is an excellent communicator, keeping management informed.

Requirements

Prompt communication of issues to management.
Accurate handling of customer transactions.
Accurate opening and closing of the register.

Responsibilities

Make a minimum of 10 outbound calls a day to book appointments.

Proactively check the gym floor every hour to ensure supplies are stocked and equipment is spotless.

Communicate any maintenance, cleaning, or member issues to management ASAP.
Accurately handle customer transactions.
Open and close the register with zero errors.
