About The Position

Workout Anytime is looking for a high-energy "Owner of the Shift" for their Valley, AL location. This role is for someone who takes pride in closing sales and maintaining an elite-level facility, acting as the face of the "Strength and Support" brand. The position involves a "Yes, and..." attitude, meaning you are proactive in both sales and facility upkeep. You will be responsible for managing sales pipelines, conducting tours, ensuring a "white-glove" environment, and communicating any issues to management promptly. This role is ideal for someone who prefers active work over desk-bound tasks.

Base pay of $10-$12/hour.
Uncapped commission on membership sales.

Responsibilities

Make a minimum of 10 outbound calls a day to book appointments using provided leads and scripts.
Use GymSales CRM to manage sales pipeline and follow up with potential members.
Sell the value of amenities such as Sauna, Tanning, and Human-Touch Massage Chairs during tours.
Proactively check the gym floor every hour to ensure supplies are stocked and equipment is spotless, maintaining a "white-glove" environment.
Follow a strict daily cleaning and maintenance schedule.
Act as the "First Responder" for any maintenance, cleaning, or member issues, communicating them to management immediately.
Accurately handle customer transactions.
Open and close the register with zero errors.
