POSITION SUMMARY The Sales Floor Associate is responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the sales floor, assisting customers with product information, and supporting inventory management processes. This role plays a key part in delivering an excellent customer experience and ensuring accurate inventory control.

Responsibilities

  • Restock merchandise on the showroom floor
  • Retrieve merchandise from the sales floor, stockroom, or other inventory locations
  • Receive incoming orders and reconcile them with invoices
  • Enter and receive merchandise into the POS system
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts
  • Crosstrain and assist in other departments as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe showroom environment
  • Assist the delivery department in pulling merchandise from the sales floor
