About The Position

This is a Part Time Floor Associate position at Elk City ACE Home Center 2 in Elk City, OK. The role involves customer service, stocking, ordering merchandise, mixing paint, cutting keys, and cutting glass/plexiglass. Secondary functions include assisting with loading merchandise, checking in freight, updating prices, and general store maintenance.

Requirements

• Good physical condition for lifting, merchandising, and loading customers
• Ability to work flexible hours; including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
• Ability to operate office machines, computers, and Excel is a plus
• Knowledge of merchandise

Responsibilities

• Help customers find what they need in a professional and courteous manner
• Cleaning and stocking merchandise
• Ordering merchandise
• Cut keys
• Mix paint
• Cut glass and plexiglass, where applicable
• Answer telephone
• Help load merchandise for customers
• Help check in freight
• Straightening and stocking bins, warehouses, and yard
• Updating prices
• General store maintenance (floors, trash, restrooms, etc.)
