River Valley Marine is hiring a Sales & Finance Coordinator / Business Operations Coordinator in Wayzata, MN on Lake Minnetonka. Responsibilities
- Support the full sales and finance process from deal start to delivery
- Assist with finance documentation, deal structuring, and deal jacket accuracy
- Work closely with Sales and Finance teams to ensure smooth transaction flow
- Provide customer-facing support in the showroom during peak traffic times
- Assist with follow-up communication and customer coordination
- Learn marine product knowledge and support the boat buying experience
- Handle dealership administration including titles, registrations, and licensing
- Support marina operations including slip rentals, renewals, and customer service
- Assist with events and seasonal activity on Lake Minnetonka
- Track deal flow, inventory data, and operational reporting
- Help improve internal processes, efficiency, and customer experience
