Dockmaster Software is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Executive – Marine Industry to join their team in North America. This is a new business role focused on identifying, pursuing, and closing new marina and waterfront customers who are not currently using Dockmaster. The role involves owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, with strong team support. Approximately 50% travel is required for industry trade shows, on-site demonstrations, and building relationships with marine owners and operators across North America. Dockmaster is the marine industry’s most established and comprehensive marina management software platform, founded in 1983, offering an all-in-one solution for marina operations, billing, reservations, point-of-sale, CRM, and more. As part of the Aspire Software portfolio, DockMaster combines industry expertise with resources for continued innovation. The company is in a high-growth phase, expanding its sales team to accelerate new customer acquisition. DockMaster provides tools to improve operational efficiency, elevate customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth for service divisions through features like accurate estimates, flexible quoting, efficient scheduling, real-time communication, and digital payment options. The successful candidate will be based anywhere in Canada, working remotely.
