River Valley Marine is hiring a Sales & Finance Coordinator / Business Operations Coordinator in Wayzata, MN on Lake Minnetonka. Responsibilities

  • Support the full sales and finance process from deal start to delivery
  • Assist with finance documentation, deal structuring, and deal jacket accuracy
  • Work closely with Sales and Finance teams to ensure smooth transaction flow
  • Provide customer-facing support in the showroom during peak traffic times
  • Assist with follow-up communication and customer coordination
  • Learn marine product knowledge and support the boat buying experience
  • Handle dealership administration including titles, registrations, and licensing
  • Support marina operations including slip rentals, renewals, and customer service
  • Assist with events and seasonal activity on Lake Minnetonka
  • Track deal flow, inventory data, and operational reporting
  • Help improve internal processes, efficiency, and customer experience
