At the LIXIL Water Experience Center, it's essential to warmly welcome guests as they arrive, understanding their motivations for visiting. Providing informative tours and connecting them with the right team members ensures they achieve their goals. Maintaining a clean and well-organized facility is crucial, and any issues should be addressed promptly to enhance the overall guest experience. Effective communication is key, as it involves managing incoming calls, emails, and leads while keeping track of appointments and events through scheduling software. Coordination of meetings and events requires collaboration with the Sales Experience Manager to handle logistics, from invitations to on-site execution. Additionally, arranging travel for visitors and fostering relationships with external vendors are important tasks, along with participating in training sessions and assisting with project reports as needed.

  • Must work in the office five days a week.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events.
  • Experience in hospitality, production coordination, reception, or administrative roles in busy, customer-facing environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the kitchen and bath industry, particularly in high-end markets.
