About The Position

Harvey is transforming how legal and professional services operate by combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise. This role is a unique opportunity to help build a generational company at an inflection point, with strong product-market fit and investor support. The team operates with intensity, ownership, and a commitment to the mission, driven by values of Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. The company is scaling fast and defining a new category in real time, offering unmatched opportunities for personal, professional, and financial growth. • Proven ability to manage the actual logistics of an event repeatedly.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and a strong bias toward action.
  • Sharp organizational instincts with the ability to juggle multiple events and programs simultaneously.
  • A genuine desire to handle the operational and logistical aspects of events.
  • Comfort communicating across time zones and cultures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Manage the swag program, including new-hire kits, on-brand gear, and the self-serve swag store.
  • Coordinate the 'Harvey Hangouts' program, managing facilitators, budgets, participation tracking, and U.S. event logistics.
  • Develop and manage the company-wide events calendar, including themes, timing, and guidelines for offices.
  • Handle operational aspects such as RSVPs, dietary and accessibility needs, contracts, invoices, shipping, and budget tracking.
  • Establish feedback loops through surveys, pulse checks, and focus groups to assess program effectiveness and inform future initiatives.
  • Propose new ideas, A/B test approaches, and define what constitutes a 'great Harvey experience' to ensure programs are high-touch and personal.
