About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a driven, high-energy Sales Executive to join their team in Boston, based out of Marlborough, MA. This role offers a fast-paced, high-reward opportunity where ambition leads to success. City Wide provides comprehensive facility solutions, and as part of a nationally recognized brand, the Sales Executive will have a diverse service portfolio and strong team support. This is a 'hunter' role focused on the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opening doors to delivering presentations and closing deals. The operations team handles service delivery, allowing the Sales Executive to concentrate on pipeline building and securing new business. The ideal candidate thrives on activity, competition, and results, and desires full ownership of a high-growth territory.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven, documented track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical thinking and sharp negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
