Fusion's income is primarily generated from a small share of the revenue our partners' businesses generate. We're looking to expand our sales force to support our rapidly growing volume of new partnership investments. Your Mission: Start a Life-changing Conversation If hired for our team, your journey begins with a focused inside sales approach, identifying potential new business investment partnerships. These outreach conversations can be LIFE-CHANGING for the real estate agents, and our team must be ready to represent our company with passion and conviction. Based on your level outreach and sales skills, you have 2 opportunities in front of you: Lead Generation: This opportunity requires a high volume of cold-call outreach to initiate conversations and identify real estate agents who are motivated to grow their business and introduce them to one of our Partnership Executives who will then continue the conversation and qualify them for a potential investment partnership. This opportunity starts out as an hourly rate of pay and is for those with intermediate sales skills who want to strengthen them. The pay range for this role is $900-$1200 USD/month. Executive Appointment Setting: This opportunity is for our ELITE outreach team with STRONG sales skills. While a high volume of cold-call outreach is required, our team must be ready to engage in compelling conversations, be ready to debate and advocate for Fusion, follow up and nurture their leads, and schedule meetings directly on our Executive’s calendars. This opportunity is for those who are seasoned and can earn significant commissions on closed partnerships. The pay range for this role is $1500-$6000 USD/month. This is not an easy job, and it is only for those individuals who desire to be challenged and want to develop their skills as a businessperson. Once you have proven yourself as someone who is dedicated, effective and willing to do the disciplined work of business development and sales, you will have several different growth and promotion opportunities.

  • Experience in the residential real estate industry is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate conversations with potential new business investment partnerships through a focused inside sales approach.
  • Conduct high volume of cold-call outreach to identify real estate agents motivated to grow their business (Lead Generation role).
  • Engage in compelling conversations, debate and advocate for Fusion, follow up and nurture leads, and schedule meetings directly on Executive's calendars (Executive Appointment Setting role).
  • Represent the company with passion and conviction.
  • Consistently make calls and follow up.
  • Work with strong-willed individuals and guide them to embrace Fusion’s unique perspective on business growth.
