About The Position

Strucial is building a next-generation services company at the intersection of AI, automation, and enterprise back-office operations. We are rethinking traditional delivery models—moving away from labor-heavy approaches toward AI-driven, outcome-based solutions across BPO, Staffing, and RPO. We’re early, fast-moving, and ambitious—and we’re looking for people who want to build something from the ground up, not just operate within it.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in staffing, RPO, or talent solutions sales
  • Proven hunter track record (consistent new business acquisition)
  • Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, or Operations leaders
  • Strong ability to prospect, cold-call, and create pipeline independently
  • Comfortable working in a startup / ambiguous environment

Nice To Haves

  • Has sold Staffing + RPO deals (ideally both)
  • Experience in offshore / global delivery models
  • Understands shift from FTE-based selling → outcome/value-based selling
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; wants to build—not just sell

Responsibilities

  • Own new logo acquisition for Staffing and RPO services
  • Prospect, qualify, and build pipeline across SMB and mid-market clients
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles (cold outreach → deal close)
  • Position Strucial’s value beyond traditional staffing (speed, quality, AI leverage)
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline to hit revenue targets
  • Collaborate with founders and delivery teams to shape offerings based on market feedback
  • Help define early GTM strategy, messaging, and pricing
