Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads through inbound and outbound channels.
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline using Lead Square.
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospects at least every 15 days.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations.
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Prepare and issue quotations using the approved quoting tool.
  • Follow up on quotations and manage client negotiations within authority levels.
  • Escalate discount requests in line with company policy.
  • Obtain required legal and compliance documentation, including KYC.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical sales practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Support onboarding and membership activation.
  • Assist with client inductions and post-sale follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate operational sales reports.
  • Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales meetings.
