About The Position

Jarvis Law is expanding and seeking a driven and empathetic Sales Executive to join their team. This role is for a top-performing, client-focused sales professional who thrives on helping families make critical legal and financial decisions. Jarvis Law is a leading elder law and estate planning firm with offices in Dublin, Lancaster, and St. Clairsville, Ohio. As they grow, they are expanding into West Virginia to establish a permanent office location. Training will be primarily in St. Clairsville, but the long-term base will be in the new West Virginia office, requiring travel for workshops, outreach, and client appointments throughout central and western West Virginia. This position offers an opportunity to build and grow presence in a new market while impacting families navigating estate planning, elder law, and long-term care concerns. The firm's mission is to provide unparalleled legal services for families to live securely, age with dignity, and protect what matters most through building trust, providing clarity, and delivering excellence.

Requirements

  • A high level of empathy and strong relationship-building skills.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a consultative or high-value sales environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service (5+ years preferred).
  • A track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, relatable way.
  • The ability to relate to diverse clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn our case management system.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment, with accountability to key metrics including client outcomes, revenue, conversion rates, and quality standards.
  • A professional, positive demeanor with the ability to show tact, empathy, and diplomacy.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to travel within West Virginia and southeastern Ohio.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the elder care or legal services industry (preferred but not required).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to assess needs and educate them on our estate planning and elder law services.
  • Build rapport and trust with prospective clients, helping them understand the importance of planning for their future.
  • Lead clients to make informed decisions about protecting their assets and securing their legacy.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by delivering exceptional service and value to clients.
  • Work closely with attorneys and team members to ensure seamless client transitions from consultation to legal planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up effectively to maximize conversions.
  • Represent Jarvis Law with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset.
