The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining an account portfolio of clients and prospects in the local market. This role involves managing client relationships and services through on-site visits and strategic, client-specific service implementation. The Sales Executive will develop a market presence through daily inside phone sales, outside cold-calling, client visits, networking, customer service, and proposal development. A thorough knowledge of the PeopleShare suite of services must be maintained and presented dynamically. The role requires researching consumer needs and identifying how PeopleShare solutions can address them, as well as cultivating relationships with decision-makers through creative sales strategies. The Sales Executive must demonstrate a proven ability to exceed activity KPIs and budget goals, adhere to all company policies and business ethics, and maintain personal sales production and excellent documentation within PeopleShare systems.
