Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling recruitment tech, ATS, CRM, or HR tech
- Real understanding of staffing and agency recruitment environments
- A track record of building and managing your own pipeline
- Comfort navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Consultative selling instincts and strong relationship-building skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and the future of staffing tech
Nice To Haves
- Experience selling into staffing firms, agencies, or RPOs
- Familiarity with Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, Avionté, Mercury, Erecruit, or similar platforms
- Background selling AI-driven search, parsing, matching, or automation tools
- Mid-market or enterprise SaaS sales experience
- An existing network in staffing and recruitment
Responsibilities
- Sell Daxtra's AI-powered recruitment technology to staffing and recruitment agencies
- Position Daxtra as the intelligence layer that supercharges existing ATS/CRM platforms
- Run consultative discovery conversations on recruiter productivity, sourcing, search, matching, and database ROI
- Deliver tailored demos that speak directly to agency recruiting workflows
- Manage the full deal cycle — first call through negotiation and close
- Build your own pipeline through outbound, networking, referrals, and industry events
- Partner with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to win
