Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office and email
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with clients
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Must Be Authorized to work in the US and pass a comprehensive background check.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Wellsky software is a plus
• Previous experience working in a customer service or administrative role
• Preferably in the health care or home health industry
• Experience in care giving is a plus
• Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for all scheduling concerns from clients and caregivers
• Work schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Will be required to rotate on-call after hours phone coverage
• Take responsibility in ensuring that all shifts and last minute needs are covered with the appropriate staff
• Report all caregiver hours properly on the schedule to ensure accurate billing and payroll
• Work with care coordinators and community liaison to coordinate care plans and schedules
• Communicate regularly with all staff and clients regarding assignments and issues and problem solving
• Work as a member of an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
• Call Caregivers on Alerts, investigate why late, document, and notify manager as needed
• General Office Administrative functions include: Prepare and audit biweekly payroll reports and time sheets
• Serve as a back up to director of billing and payroll
