The Sales Executive - SAAS for Federal Government role focuses on driving the expansion of the Research Intelligence business by securing new sales and growing the existing customer base through renewals and strategic upsell/cross-sell initiatives. This role requires building strong, long-term partnerships with U.S. Government customers, leveraging the core Research Intelligence portfolio: LeapSpace, Scopus, SciVal, and Pure. The executive will establish and nurture customer relationships, maximize value delivery through internal and external resources, ensure high customer satisfaction and retention, and identify opportunities to expand adoption of Elsevier’s Solutions portfolio.
