About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) is seeking to grow the real estate sales team in Honolulu. In House Sales Executives have a target annual earnings of $180,000, with some Team Members earning significantly more based on their performance. The pay rate is $18 per hour, plus bonuses outlined in the compensation plan. Qualified Sales Executives are eligible for Real Estate Licensing reimbursement and/or Sign-On bonuses. Requirements

Valid Hawaii Real Estate license
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Fluency in Japanese (reading/writing/speaking) and proficiency (reading/writing/speaking) in English.
Minimum one year of proven sales experience.
Ability to resolve complex customer service issues.
Proven ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced environment.
6 months of previous timeshare/vacation ownership experience.
High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

1 + years of previous timeshare/vacation ownership experience preferred.
Two years of proven track record negotiating and closing high end sales.
Two years of Hilton Grand Vacations family experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and present luxury Hilton Grand Vacation Club ownership products to potential buyers.
Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer happiness.
Liaise with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise.
Attend all sales training and sales meeting for key information on Hilton Grand Vacation Club product and related updates.
Apply selling concepts promoted at Hilton Grand Vacations.
Use various forms of communication (email, telephone, online/virtual, and written) to work with Guests and Owners.
Perform follow-up interactions to complete a sale online using appropriate HGV technology and adhering to HGV inventory selling guidelines.
Generate referral leads with each new customer.
Prepare closing documents and liase with contracts, Client Relations, and Support Services as needed to finalize Guest sales
Promote a positive work environment and adhere to Hilton Grand Vacation core values and policies.
Work well in a team environment.
