About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) is expanding its sales organization in Honolulu and is seeking real estate sales professionals. This role offers the opportunity to work with a global brand, sell high-value products, and achieve performance-based compensation. The primary responsibility is to present and sell vacation ownership products to prospective customers who visit the sales gallery. HGV provides all leads, eliminating the need for cold calling or self-generation, allowing sales executives to focus solely on presentations and closing deals. The position offers a strong brand reputation, a stable supply of leads, a sales environment focused on closing, and an incentive-based compensation structure that rewards performance. The estimated annual income is $90,000, with unlimited potential for growth based on performance. The compensation includes an hourly rate of $18 plus performance-based incentives. High performers can expect to earn over $100,000 annually. HGV also provides support for real estate license acquisition, including reimbursement for costs and training programs for unlicensed individuals, facilitating career advancement from entry-level to specialized roles.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain or maintain a Hawaii Real Estate License.
  • Valid/Active Hawaii Real Estate License.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with shown ability to close sales.
  • Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.
  • Fluency in Japanese and Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the sale or marketing of similar luxury goods or services.
  • Previous experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products.
  • 2 years or more of timeshare/vacation ownership experience.
  • 2 years or more of experience with Hilton Grand Vacations.

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell Hilton brand vacation ownership products to customers who meet certain criteria and visit the sales gallery, acquiring new customers.
  • Maintain follow-up communication with purchasing customers via phone, email, written correspondence, and occasional in-person meetings to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Client Relations team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Attend sales training and meetings to stay updated on HGV products.
  • Acquire new prospective customers through referrals.
  • Promote a positive team environment and adhere to HGV's core values and policies.
  • Welcome Japanese clients and present luxury Hilton Grand Vacation Club ownership products to potential buyers.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest-related issues as they arise.
  • Attend all sales training and sales meetings for key information on Hilton Grand Vacation Club product and related updates.
  • Utilize selling concepts prompted at HGVC.
  • Utilize various forms of communication (i.e.: email, telephone and written correspondence) to interface with guest owners.
  • Ability to generate referral leads with each new customer.
  • Promote a positive work environment and adhere to Hilton Grand Vacation core values and policies.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
