For this role, we are looking for an outgoing candidate with residential construction/building science interest to support our sales team. This role will operate afternoons/evenings and weekends to service our customers that are looking to schedule a sales visit outside of the usual workday. Scheduling is flexible, so students are welcome! This role will be compensated using a piece-rate model based on number of appointments attended and quotes completed, with a bonus if the quoted job is won. The Programs Service Representative is a part-time (~25 hour/week) role responsible for initial pre-inspection and follow-up to ensure correct measurements and customer satisfaction with all on-site work. This role is a key player in helping our sales team estimate our production team to be prepared for Program related jobs.

Responsibilities

  • Visit jobsites to complete measurements, troubleshooting (callbacks) and customer service as required.
  • Assisting in ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
  • Accurately measure and record information in CPQ (a salesforce application)
  • Ensure great customer service at all levels
  • Report suggestions/proactive solutions to Production Supervisor
