About The Position

AudienceView is seeking a passionate Sales Engineer to join their team. This role is responsible for all product-related aspects of the sales cycle, including general evangelism, sales meetings, bid responses, proof-of-concepts, and coordinating technical resources. The Sales Engineer will work closely with the Sales team to achieve Mid-Market bookings targets and win rates.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar client-facing pre-sales role.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with confidence in public speaking.
  • Experience running discovery calls and translating business needs into solutions.
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative, sales-driven environment with shared targets.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple opportunities and products simultaneously.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to support deal progression and closing.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Loopio, Salesloft, Seismic, Navattic or similar.
  • Highly extroverted, engaging personality with strong relationship-building skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of business operations in ticketing, entertainment, or events.
  • Experience creating demo videos or interactive product tours.
  • Exposure to SaaS environments and mid-market sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of AudienceView Professional, AudienceView Campus, AudienceView Grad, and Audience Republic.
  • Develop and maintain a general knowledge of all AudienceView portfolio products and their key differentiators.
  • Strategize and collaborate with salespeople to efficiently close deals, sharing accountability for new bookings targets, win rates, and deal advancement targets.
  • Conduct full technical discovery calls, identifying pain points, and business and technical requirements.
  • Design and create client solutions to meet gathered requirements; demo accounts, proof-of-concepts, tender responses (RFP, RFI, etc.).
  • Act as solution expert lead on RFP responses, working with Sales Enablement and the Opportunity Owner to complete a professional response delivered in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a relevant list of client use case examples.
  • Maintain demo-ready demo accounts.
  • Develop and document demo flows to match the stories we want to tell.
  • Analyze client reports to create and demonstrate comparable alternatives.
  • Professionally present product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Champion best practices and maintain an understanding of the product roadmap.
  • Identify client and industry trends/requirements and provide feedback into the Product Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
  • Support Product Marketing and Sales Enablement in creating sales collateral, including sense-checking the functionality offered in our collateral, providing screenshots of product, and identifying use case examples and benefits for new product features.
  • Create mini demo videos, product tours, and host live demo webinars for prospects.
  • Once sufficiently trained, train others internally on how to demo our products.
