About The Position

At AMERICAN Cast Iron Pipe Company, we manufacture critical products for waterworks, energy, and infrastructure, including ductile iron and spiral-weld pipe. We are seeking Sales Engineers who possess deep technical expertise and a passion for influencing project design. This role involves solving real-world engineering challenges and building trusted relationships with engineers, contractors, and distributors nationwide. It is a technically driven position with significant project impact, where your engineering background provides the insight and credibility to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders. You will work at the intersection of problem-solving and relationship-building, ensuring AMERICAN's systems are specified accurately and relied upon for essential infrastructure projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Ability to confidently interpret technical specifications.
Ability to communicate complex product knowledge clearly and effectively.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Willingness to relocate within the U.S. to serve key markets.
