Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and refine partner engagement strategies to strengthen strategic relationships and drive measurable sales growth.
  • Partner with senior cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, product, operations) to align partner initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Provide high-level guidance, enablement, and support to partners to elevate sales performance and long-term collaboration.
  • Analyze complex partner performance data, market dynamics, and industry trends to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Facilitate regular executive-level communications with partners to align on shared goals, performance expectations, and growth strategies.
  • Oversee tracking, evaluation, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accountability and continuous improvement in partner engagement.
  • Act as a strategic liaison and advisor, ensuring that partner relationships contribute to sustainable revenue growth, innovation, and competitive differentiation.
