Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement alliance strategies that align with organizational goals and strengthen market positioning.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with external organizations to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, marketing, legal, operations) to ensure the effective execution of alliance initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize outcomes and long-term value.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the alliance management team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key partners and stakeholders, serving as a primary point of escalation when needed.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and strengthen the alliance portfolio.
